Ashwood Ave — Los Angeles, CA 90066

A whole-home remodel on Ashwood Ave in Mar Vista (Los Angeles 90066) finished in a warm modern farmhouse style. Light oak cabinetry, wide-plank floors, and brass hardware run through the open plan. The kitchen centers on a tambour-wrapped island under glass brass pendants, with a farmhouse sink, full-height marble backsplash, floating wood shelves, and stainless appliances.

The living area opens to a Dutch-style front door with a built-in oak entry bench and cubbies, lit by a black linear chandelier. A laundry alcove continues the same cabinetry and marble countertop, and bedrooms keep the light floors and clean white walls with brass fixtures.
